The Zarin Jam Marina project, commercially known as Sun Star, is conceived as an office-oriented environment where greenery plays a central role in shaping spatial quality. The project focuses on integrating plant life into the architectural framework to create a balanced, calm, and human-centred workplace. Green elements are strategically introduced across different levels of the building, ensuring continuity and visual coherence throughout the office spaces.
